Solein ® - Protein out of thin air! Demoscale plant being built in Finland.
Solar Foods is making the journey from R&D to demoscale and production scale as a frontrunner for sustainable cultivation of their Solein® protein. Petri Tervasmäki will present their technology to make proteins out of air, as well as their plans to reach commercial full scale production. The Demoplant currently being built in Finland is one of the larger investments ongoing within the New Food development.
